However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please carefully review our Refund and Returns Policy to understand how our process works.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that have been used, worn, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Non-returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@chopunie.com or call (530) 842-2396 to request a return authorization (RA). Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization (RA): Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. GlideHato is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
Prepare the Package: Include the RA number and original packing slip (if available) with the item in its original packaging.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Restocking Fee: In some cases, we may apply a restocking fee for certain items, such as oversized equipment or special orders. This will be clearly communicated to you at the time of return authorization.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, the easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order. If you need assistance with this process, please contact our customer service team at info@chopunie.com, and we will be happy to help.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide detailed photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, when contacting us.
Time Frame: Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping: In cases of defective or damaged products, GlideHato will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Late Returns
Any returns requested after the 30-day return window will not be accepted, and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
7. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Gift cards
Products marked as final sale or clearance
Custom or personalized items
