Chopunie – Refund and Returns Policy

At Chopunie, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • New and Unused Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable, including, but not limited to, gift cards, clearance items, personalized or customized items, and items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Send an email to info@chopunie.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photograph if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Do not send items back without authorization.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

3. Inspection and Processing of Returns

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets the conditions for a return.

  • Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

    • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for the same item or a different size/color, we will ship the new item once the return is processed and inventory is available. If the item is not available, you may receive a refund or an alternative replacement.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will either replace the item free of charge, or offer a full refund, including shipping fees.

  • Please include detailed pictures of the damage or defect in your email.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund within the 7-10 business days, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company.

  • It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@chopunie.com and we will assist you further.
